Each leader you select to partner with Peter will experience:

1. Vision Identification: I assist them in clarifying your overarching vision and guide them toward its realization.
2. Goal Attainment: We will identify the measurable performance and growth goals that are a part of their role within your organization. These goals will be reevaluated on a monthly basis.
3. Overcoming Obstacles: I will ask insightful questions to identify what is creating the gap between them and the goals of their role.
4. Maximizing Solutions: We work together to identify solutions to overcome their personal and professional obstacles. 
5. Measurable Actions: We turn solutions into measurable actions with specific time frames for completion. Each month we review their progress with these actions to track progress and achievements.
6. Produce Growth: Each coaching session will feel like a learning laboratory that produces personal and professional growth. 

Mid-level leadership coaching packages include:

• Complimentary DISC Personality Assessment provided for the business owner and the leader who completed the assessment
• One monthly one-on-one video coaching session (1 hour)
• One monthly one-on-one video touch point session (30 minutes)
• Unlimited email/text support
• Established performance goals with short-term targets
• Quarterly training session with all organizational leaders (travel expenses may apply). Session topics selected in coordination with the business owner.

Monthly Investment Costs:

• Three leaders of your choice: $375per month
• Four leaders of your choice: $450 per month
• Five leaders of your choice: $525 per month
• Six or more leaders of your choice: Reviewed in Consultation
